India's badminton boom demands world-class courts. We supply and support installation of BWF and BAI approved badminton flooring — PVC/vinyl, polyurethane (PU) synthetic, and maple hardwood — for coaching academies, schools, township facilities, and commercial halls from 1 to 20+ courts.
India is now one of the world top badminton nations, with an academy ecosystem growing at 15–20% annually. Hyderabad alone hosts over 500 registered badminton courts; Bangalore and Delhi are not far behind. The surface you choose determines player safety, game quality, and long-term costs.
PVC/Vinyl flooring is the most popular choice for academies and training halls — fast installation, good shock absorption, affordable, and available in BWF-approved specifications. PU synthetic is our most recommended option for serious coaching facilities — superior shock absorption reducing knee stress by up to 40%, seamless finish, and full BWF/BAI compliance. Maple hardwood is the gold standard for tournament venues and elite academies.
As an ENLIO authorised distributor, we supply products that are used in All England, BWF World Championships, and Thomas & Uber Cup — the same certification your academy can have.

PU flooring reduces joint impact by 30–40% vs concrete. Critical for players training 4–6 hours daily — protects knees, ankles, and hips long-term.
Calibrated hardness and surface texture ensures the shuttle behaves predictably at every point of the court — no dead spots, no hot zones.
Available in BAI/BWF standard colours — green, blue, or red courts with white line markings. Custom colours for branding available.
PVC and PU floors need only damp mopping. No waxing, no refinishing. Wooden floors need seasonal maintenance but last 20+ years.
We design multi-court halls for optimal space utilisation — shared walkways, spectator areas, lighting zones — and install all courts to identical specification.
All prices include supply, installation, and standard warranty. Final cost subject to site survey.

We measure the hall, check sub-floor flatness (tolerance ±3mm over 3m), assess drainage, ambient humidity, and column positions to design the optimal court layout.
Concrete sub-floor is ground flat if needed. PU systems require primer coat. Wooden systems need a ventilated sub-frame. All moisture barriers are installed.
PVC rolls are laid and heat-welded at seams for PVC systems. PU systems are applied in layers including foam cushion and polyurethane top coat. Hardwood is tongue-and-groove over sub-frame.
Line markings applied to BWF dimensions. Net posts and fittings installed. Hall measurement report and certification documents provided. Player safety inspection completed.
